Well, I have a new site design, as you can see. I think it’s looking pretty good. I switched over to Thesis – I am pretty happy with the way everything looks and feels.
I also am going to focus solely on sustainability issues on this platform. Those posts have always been the most engaging, judging from the comments that I have received. So I am going to sharpen the focus and share the sustainability stuff that I think is important.
I also have been spending some time thinking about what sustainability messages don’t work. I think new green messaging is needed. I understand that “green” is a term that can be abused or mis-used – but it’s also a term that resonates with people. So I won’t be greenwashing anyone in here (greenwashing is defined as making sustainability claims that are untrue, generally to make your product seem better than it really is) but I do want to keep the term and use that as my umbrella definition.
Plus, “New Green” sounds way better than “New Sustainability.”
So let me know what you think of the new layout/design/approach. I appreciate your feedback, as always.
